Our Classes
Our classrooms follow a three-year developmental cycle: Preschool (ages 3–6), Lower Elementary (6–9), Upper Elementary (9–12), and Erdkinder (12–15). This mixed-age structure fosters natural peer learning, allowing younger students to learn from older classmates while older students strengthen leadership, responsibility, and confidence. Together, children grow in a collaborative, respectful, and supportive learning community.
Early Childhood
PRESCHOOL | AGES 3–6
A joyful foundation for lifelong learning.
Ayhay Preschool offers a Christ-centered, English-medium early childhood education guided by Montessori principles.
In a carefully prepared environment, children learn through purposeful, hands-on experiences that nurture independence, curiosity, confidence, character, and a lifelong love of learning.
Across the three-year cycle, children progressively strengthen practical life skills, language, early mathematics, sensorial understanding, creativity, social development, and Christian faith.
Learning follows each child’s developmental readiness while preparing them for the increasing independence and academic exploration of Elementary. Ayhay’s published curriculum similarly describes progression from independence and sensory exploration toward reading, mathematics, leadership, and deeper work in cultural and scientific areas.

Elementary
LOWER ELEMENTARY | AGES 6–9
Awakening curiosity and discovering how the world connects.
Ayhay Lower Elementary offers a Christ-centered, English-medium elementary education guided by Montessori principles.
Rooted in Montessori Cosmic Education, children are introduced to the wider story of the universe, life, humanity, language, and mathematics through the Five Great Lessons. These stories become a springboard for exploration across science, history, geography, language, and culture.
Students continue learning with concrete Montessori materials while gradually moving toward abstraction. Reading, writing, mathematics, research, collaboration, and purposeful work become increasingly sophisticated as children develop independence, imagination, reasoning, responsibility, and confidence as members of a learning community.
This progression matches Ayhay’s curriculum framework, which moves from foundations in literacy, numeracy, and social awareness toward deeper skills, abstract thinking, leadership, and collaborative responsibility across the three-year cycle.

UPPER ELEMENTARY | AGES 9–12

Ayhay Upper Elementary offers a Christ-centered, English-medium education guided by Montessori principles, building on the foundations established during Lower Elementary.
Through Cosmic Education and the Five Great Lessons, students make increasingly complex connections across language, mathematics, science, history, geography, botany, zoology, and human culture. Learning moves progressively toward abstraction, research, reasoning, and independent application.
Students engage in purposeful projects, collaborative work, individual study, and capstone experiences that strengthen critical thinking, communication, leadership, social-emotional development, and responsibility to the wider community.
Ayhay’s current curriculum describes this three-year progression as moving from reinforced foundations toward research, abstract reasoning, collaborative learning, advanced writing, independent projects, leadership, and preparation for adolescence.

ADOLESCENT
ERDKINDER/MIDDLE SCHOOL | AGES 12–15

Ayhay Erdkinder offers a Christ-centered, English-medium adolescent program guided by Montessori principles, connecting academic study with meaningful participation in real life.
Designed around the developmental needs of adolescence, the program integrates interdisciplinary academics, practical work, community life, entrepreneurship, research, and spiritual formation. Students increasingly apply knowledge through authentic projects, productive work, and experiences that connect learning with responsibility.
Across the three-year cycle, adolescents grow from participating in community, practical work, and introductory enterprise toward deeper research, critical thinking, microeconomy, independent projects, leadership, and social responsibility. This progression directly reflects Ayhay’s published Erdkinder curriculum.
The goal is to help adolescents become self-directed, capable, resilient, thoughtful, and service-minded young people, grounded in faith and prepared to contribute meaningfully to society.
