AYHAY CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
a hope for future generations
Our Leaders

I believe Christian education guides a child’s heart, while learning English opens doors to greater opportunities. Together, they prepare children in Madagascar for a brighter future.

Ando Ravel (1982-2017)
In loving memory
Directress & Co-Founder
Children truly flourish when a child-centered approach, guided by Montessori principles, nurtures their minds, hearts, and spirits together.

We guide children in Christian leadership, honor the wisdom of our elders, and help young educators grow. By building the early years on faith and strong values, we lay the foundation for a bright future.

In Christian education, we have a vital mission, as God says in Proverbs 22:6, " Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.” As leaders, it is our duty to nurture young hearts and minds, illuminating them with faith and knowledge. We believe that God will guide us through the Holy Spirit to accomplish this precious task.

I see each child as a unique and marvelous creation of God. My passion is to nurture their well-being and help them thrive in both learning and life. I believe in fostering quality education with Christ at the center, so that children grow not only in knowledge, but also in heart and character.

Knowledge is an endless well from which educators draw to guide their students. There are countless ways to share wisdom and academic learning, and this inspires me to always give my best. I remain deeply amazed by the gift of education, and it continues to fuel my passion every day.
Our Guides & Educators

Ayhay is more than a workplace to me; it represents hope for future generations. Here, we help children grow spiritually, socially, and academically, preparing them to flourish in school and in life.

It is always amazing to witness children grow through learning. I believe that strong roots in education from early childhood will produce lasting fruits of faith, knowledge, and independence in their lives.

Education is the best way to build the future of a nation. Through it, we shape values in each person. I believe we need not only people with knowledge and intelligence, but above all, people who are ready to use these gifts for true accomplishment. That kind of value can only be built through education.

Education is the foundation of both personal and social growth. It is through education that we can continue to improve ourselves and our communities.

I believe that a quality education can transform anyone and a great teacher can make all the difference. Through learning we teach and through teaching we learn without forgetting that we learn from the kids.

As an educator, my main goal is to help children to be the incredible hope for tomorrow, spark curiosity, provide quality education, and instill Christian values. I believe that nurturing children's growth academically, socially, and spiritually will help them succeed in the future.

Ayhay represents hope for future generations. Through teaching, guidance, and faith, we help children grow spiritually and develop a strong foundation for their future.

My mission is to help children grow into well-rounded individuals, intellectually, physically, and spiritually. Through Christian values, a Montessori-guided approach, and English-medium education, I strive to nurture each child’s full potential.

Children are the hope for future generations and it is only through good education that we can shape the future.
Support & Administrative Staff

Ambinintsoa Rafidiniaiana M. H.
School Assistant and Media
As a school assistant, I love being there for both students and staff. It brings me joy to help create a caring, faith-filled place where children can learn, grow, and feel supported every day.

I believe that the best way to teach is to show the example and Jesus is our best example of teaching. English can be an opportunity for the kids since their early childhood to open doors to the international.
The Advisor

A child’s mother tongue is the best language for learning and for sharing values. Foreign languages, like English, are a wonderful bonus. Most importantly, when we nurture the spiritual well-being of children, we are planting seeds for a brighter and stronger future.

Henri Harive Ravel
School advisor
It’s crucial that we educate children independence, self-control and discipline through the Words of God. We must share the value of responsibility for their own and others’ safety and security. The best way to thrive is through mother’s tongue, and mastering foreign language will open doors for future generations.
