Families complete and submit the online application form or come directly to school to fill in the paper form.

The Admissions Team reviews submitted applications and contacts families regarding the next step.
Parents or guardians and the child meet with the Admissions Team by appointment.
Families receive the school’s admission decision and further instructions.
Accepted families complete the enrollment requirements, make the required payments and receive their enrollment information.

Ayhay Winter Camp
Every August, our two-week English camp welcomes all children ages 3–15 for joyful learning, discovery and friendship.
Camp is open to all children ages 3–15, including those who are not enrolled at Ayhay. Through creative activities, games and Montessori-guided experiences, children build confidence, practice English and discover the Ayhay environment.
Participation is mandatory for newly admitted students, helping them become familiar with Ayhay and prepare for a smooth start to the school year.

Tuition and Fees
Tuition and Fees
Current fees are available on our Academics page.
Annual Tuition
Tuition covers the Academic Program from September to June. It may be paid in full or in 10 monthly installments.
Enrollment or Re-enrollment Fee
A separate enrollment or re-enrollment fee is paid once each school year to secure the student’s place. This fee is non-refundable and is not included in tuition.
Winter Camp Fee
Winter Camp has a separate participation fee. For newly admitted students, Winter Camp is mandatory, but its fee is not included in the enrollment fee or annual tuition.
Additional Expenses
Uniforms, school supplies, meals, transportation and optional services are charged separately unless otherwise stated.
Families receive and review the complete fee schedule before completing enrollment.
